Project Manager

Lead and manage after-sales support for Spheros bus air-conditioning systems in Singapore

Establish and optimize service workflows and warranty processes

Coordinate spare parts, response time, and customer follow-ups

Organize technical training programs and team capability development

Requirements:

Background in programming, electromechanical or engineering-related field

Familiar with bus HVAC systems, fault diagnosis, and control logic

Fluent in English and Mandarin (for client and supplier coordination)

Experience in project management methodologies (ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean is a plus)
