We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of security system installations (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) for construction, commercial, and residential clients in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site surveys and risk assessments
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Prepare and present proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate with sales team for smooth project handover
Implement quality checkpoints at critical stages
Conduct post-installation testing and client training
Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox meetings
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Serve as single point of contact for clients
Manage client expectations and communications
Resolve issues and complaints promptly
Ensure high customer satisfaction and secure testimonials/referrals
Maintain accurate project documentation
Track project expenses against budget
Prepare weekly progress reports for management
Handle project close-out, including warranty documentation
Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years project management experience in security systems, construction, or M&E
Proven track record managing projects S$50,000-S$500,000
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and standards
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
Experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Background in construction/property management
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) for client communication
Project scheduling and resource management
Budgeting and cost control
Risk assessment and mitigation
Quality assurance methodologies
