We are seeking an organized, proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our cybersecurity consultancy team in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cybersecurity consultancy engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, scope, quality standards and client expectations. The role requires effective project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment and coordination with technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Working closely with clients, internal cybersecurity consultants and other stakeholders, the Project Manager will oversee project progress, manage dependencies, address delivery challenges and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Project Planning and Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within agreed scope and deadlines.

Cybersecurity Knowledge: Possess a sound understanding of cybersecurity concepts and consultancy practices to facilitate effective discussions between clients and technical teams.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies and potential delays, implementing appropriate mitigation measures and escalating issues when necessary.
Communication and Reporting: Provide clear and timely project updates, maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress, challenges and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Organisation and Prioritisation: Manage multiple concurrent engagements, allocate resources effectively and balance competing priorities without compromising delivery quality.
Problem-Solving and Accountability: Take ownership of project outcomes, address challenges proactively and drive follow-up actions to completion.
Client Service and Quality: Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, service quality and adherence to agreed service-level requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle for cybersecurity consultancy engagements, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, milestones and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards and other project documentation.
Lead project kick-off meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, progress reviews and closure meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
Coordinate internal cybersecurity consultants, clients and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of project activities and timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets where applicable, deliverables and service-level agreements (SLAs), taking corrective action where necessary.
Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes in scope, escalating significant matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
Manage client communications and expectations by providing regular updates, clarifying requirements and facilitating timely resolution of concerns.
Oversee project documentation and reporting to ensure information is accurate, complete and maintained throughout the engagement.
Coordinate project resources and workloads to support efficient delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
Develop and maintain a practical understanding of cybersecurity consultancy services to support project planning, delivery coordination and communication with technical teams.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, delivery efficiency and client experience.
Ensure project activities are conducted in accordance with agreed procedures, contractual requirements and relevant internal standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant practical experience and demonstrated competencies may also be considered.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, technology consulting or project management.
Experience managing projects or coordinating complex client engagements, preferably within an IT or cybersecurity consultancy environment.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, principles, frameworks or consultancy practices.
Strong project planning, organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, project risks and stakeholder expectations.
Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage when supporting engagements involving Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage. Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, would also be beneficial.
