Project Manager

Responsibilities:-

. Manage construction activities and progress independently

. Understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements

. Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives

. Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work

. Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period

. Ensure the quality of work

. Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager

. Prepare daily progress report and work schedule

. Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.

. Attend project meetings

. Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability

Requirements:

. Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

. Min 10 years of working experience in Construction Industry

. Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff

. Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
