Project Manager

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to handover, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets.
• Provide leadership in project planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with contractual and internal requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Provide direction on planning, tracking, change control, and risk/issue management.
• Oversee project resources and subcontractors for effective deployment and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely, transparent updates.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Analyse project performance and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Foster a positive, safe, and compliant workplace culture across all project personnel.
• Escalate key project issues, risks, and financial concerns to Management promptly.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, ethics, and business practices.
• Take ownership and demonstrate leadership across all assigned projects.

Requriements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivlent
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in construction
• Relevant Project experience in large scale building projects
