Project Manager

-End-to-end construction project & operations management

-Manage projects from site preparation to final completion and handover

-Planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of works

-Site supervision and coordination of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

-Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines

-Resolve site issues, manage risks, and control project costs

-Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project delivery

Job Requirements

-Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field

-Proven working experience in the Singapore construction industry (mandatory)

-Strong and active network of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

-Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle:

-Planning, foundation, structural works, finishing, and handover

-Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple sites, manpower, and tight schedules

-Responsible, hands-on, and result-oriented mindset
