Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex supply chain projects across the APAC region, managing scope, schedule, and quality while balancing risk. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, optimize business processes, and engage senior leadership to drive successful implementation and sustained operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, time, and schedule to deliver quality outcomes while mitigating risks in supply chain initiatives
• Communicate effectively and facilitate collaboration across local and remote teams, resolving conflicts and building strong relationships
• Analyze and document business processes to support project requirements and recommend process improvements
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather and clarify business requirements
• Plan and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth change deployment and sustained business operations
• Utilize productivity and project planning tools such as MS Office, Keynote, and project tracking software to monitor progress
• Manage vendors remotely, coordinating with contract manufacturers or logistics partners to meet project goals
• Apply analytical problem-solving to connect detailed tasks with broader strategic objectives, favoring simple and lasting solutions
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain management including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing operations, order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, 3PL governance with SLA/KPI management, and supply chain risk management
• Lead projects within the broader APAC region and represent project interests to senior leadership including Directors and Senior Directors
• Resolve complex project issues and escalate appropriately to maintain project momentum and stakeholder confidence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the consumer electronics industry and service/support business environments
• Background in consulting with exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Project Management certification
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP used in consumer electronics
• Familiarity with Apple products
• Working understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages, challenges, and resolution approaches
