Company Overview
Our client, One Stop Signage (under The Perfect Media Group), is an established international outdoor media company headquartered in Singapore. The company specializes in outdoor advertising solutions including high-rise signage, digital signage, LED display systems, and audio-visual installations. They are expanding and seeking a driven Project Manager to support both business development and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth
- Handle sales enquiries, understand project requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-installation
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related construction disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management or project implementation
- Experience in signage, LED/LCD display systems, AV systems, or related industries preferred
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to handle both sales-driven and project execution responsibilities
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
Additional Information
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility required based on project needs)
- Location: Bukit Merah Central
- Salary Range: $3,000 - $6,000
- Variable Bonus: Performance-based
