Manage end-to-end project delivery for WSG and Government/SME projects in accordance with contractual obligations and/or tender requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans covering kick off meeting deployment, SIT, UAT, and handover to day 2 phases in accordance to requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, opco, contractors, and partners) to meet project milestones and delivery timeline
Track progress against baseline schedules/ Gantt Chart and proactively manage dependencies and constraints.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise impact to cost, scope, and schedule.
Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors to ensure delivery meets quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Prepare the run book to ensure smooth transition to Day 2 or maintenance phase
Provide weekly/ad hoc project status updates, dashboards, and milestone reports for stakeholders
Manage contractors during installation of services to ensure the installation works are completed well within stipulated timelines and comply with pre-determined technical specifications and ensure contractors compliance with site safety requirements, including PPE, permits, and site access protocols.

Oversee end-to-end service delivery for assigned projects, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contract terms, KPIs, and SLAs.
Manage project issues, escalations, and root cause analysis in a structured and auditable manner and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Control scope changes through formal change requests, impact assessments, and approvals
Maintain accurate project cadence documentation including meeting minutes, risk logs, issue logs, and change records on weekly/monthly basis
Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and governance reviews.
Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria prior to take over to support service delivery.
Recommend improvements to project delivery processes, tools, and templates.
Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions to address service gaps or operational risks.

Job Requirements
Degree in Computing Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Business
PMP certification would be an added advantage
Minimum 4 years of project management experience
Good knowledge of cabling infrastructure, internet networks, routers and switches
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
