Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders from conception through to tender, construction, and completion to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will also work closely with teams to provide leadership and resolve project-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or a related field
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Accreditation with the Society of Project Managers, Singapore
• Experience in Project Management in HDB BTO projects
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant qualifications and experience in the construction - Possession of certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH, etc, will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore's authority requirements, procedures, codes, and regulations.
