Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer (Engineering / Power Systems Projects)

We are representing an established engineering solutions provider and are currently looking for Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming engineering projects in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Manage and support end-to-end project execution from planning, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.

• Oversee site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications.

• Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions when required.

Technical & Site Coordination

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

• Supervise installation and commissioning works for electrical and mechanical systems.

• Resolve site and technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Stakeholder & Documentation

• Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination sessions.

• Prepare project documentation including reports, progress claims, and handover documents.

• Act as a point of contact for project-related matters.

Job Requirements

Project Manager

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in engineering, M&E, power systems, or related industries.

• Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Experience managing contractors and multiple stakeholders.

• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Exposure to data-center project would be an added advantage

Project Engineer

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of project or site engineering experience.

• Familiar with site coordination, installation works, and contractor supervision.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in power systems, generators, UPS, electrical infrastructure, M&E works, industrial or mission-critical projects.

• Knowledge of local safety standards and authority requirements will be advantageous.
