Our work helps clients achieve sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart-building outcomes.

We are looking for a commercially minded experienced Project Manager who is confident managing client relationships, project execution, and outcomes - someone who sees project delivery as a path to build trust, grow accounts, and drive repeat business.

What You Will Do

Client & Commercial Ownership

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Build long-term client relationships through strong delivery and communication

• Identify opportunities for variations, upgrades, follow-on projects and maintenance contracts.

• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and solution positioning

• Represent the company professionally in meetings and site discussions

Project Management, Execution and Delivery

• Manage projects end-to-end for BMS, smart office, office automation, and power monitoring systems

• Coordinate internal engineers, subcontractors, and vendors

• Track programme, cost, risks, and quality to ensure smooth delivery

• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with site safety and construction practices in Singapore

Leadership & Growth

• Take ownership of projects as if they are your own accounts

• Guide junior engineers and project team members

• Contribute ideas to improve delivery, client experience, and business processes

Qualifications

An experienced project manager with proven industry knowledge and a record of completing projects

Key Traits & Experience

• Must be motivated and self-driven

• 2+ Years Experience in construction, BMS, ELV, M&E, automation, or smart building projects

• Expert at project management tools and planning software such as Microsoft Project or Gantt charts

• Ability to allocate and schedule resources across multiple on-going projects

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Willing to be hands-on, work closely with project engineers and installers at job sites

• Strong client communication and coordination skills

• Commercial awareness and confidence in handling variations and discussions

• Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders

• Adept at managing client demands, needs and requirements in a respectful, professional manner
