Job Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, current & future process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, product backlogs, and user stories.
- Assist in developing test cases, QA validation, and user training documentation.
- Plan, execute, and track organizational change management for new application onboarding.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality.
- Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with architects/developers to refine configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation (BRD, user stories, workflows, test cases).
Job Skills & Requirements: -- Experience with public sector clients or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (config, workflows, security, data mgmt.).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, use case writing, and translating into tech specs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail.
- Team player with vendor collaboration experience.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, App Builder) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
- Industry certifications (PMI-ACP, CBAP) advantageous.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
