We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to support the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and server/network devices. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to real-life school and government security projects.
Assist in site surveys and prepare checklists (camera/ACS locations, FOV, mounting points)
Stage and configure equipment, including CCTV cameras, ACS controllers, readers, workstations, and servers (training provided)
Install, terminate, and commission security systems on-site
Perform basic troubleshooting of network, server, and system issues
Conduct routine maintenance, firmware/software updates, and report operational issues
Prepare simple QA/QC reports and provide feedback to project leads
Diploma / Nitec / Professional Certificate in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, OT, or security systems
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP/TCP)
Familiarity with CCTV, ACS, and system servers
Good communication skills and ability to work on-site
Experience with Hikvision cameras and ACS
Knowledge of IT hardening tasks: OS patching, virus scanning
Prior experience in school or government projects
