What You Will Do
- Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle for SEA. As a project owner to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and constraints. Develop a detailed project plan, including but not limited to timeline, milestones, resources allocation, and budget estimation
- Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of each project. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Conduct regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide status updates progress reports, and presentation on project milestones, risks, and issues
- Identify and allocate the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project activities. Monitor resource utilization and adjust if necessary to optimize project performance. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders
What Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects, possess good project management skills, and being able to use various tools to support project delivery
- Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation and related fields
- Organized and detail-minded, with strong communication and negotiation skills, with previous work record working directly with customers for project implementation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Frequent business travel is required within Asia-Pacific region including but not limited to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand
