Role Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - Implementation
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable, with potential conversion to Permanent based on performance)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) role.
About the Role:
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
- Hands-on techno-functional experience working directly with Singapore clients and HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Must hold certifications in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management, business analysis, solution design, and project delivery skills.
- Presales experience would be an added advantage.
