Project Manager

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5.5 days

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute master construction programs, recovery schedules, and construction methodologies while forecasting and managing manpower, equipment, and material usage.

• Technical Resolution & Design Coordination: Review architectural/engineering drawings to resolve technical discrepancies with consultants before on-site execution.

• Site Management & Stakeholder Liaison: Oversee subcontractor progress, chair regular progress meetings with clients, architects, and engineers, and direct internal site teams.

• Safety, QA/QC & Authority Clearance: Enforce workplace health, safety, and quality standards manage authority submissions to secure Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including completing at least one full HDB project cycle under a main contractor

• Specialization: Preferably Manager-level experience in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering

• Key Attributes: Strong team leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills capable of managing fast-paced site environments
