This role will be responsible for projects for Singapore markets.
Your tasks
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee key project functions, including cost control, schedule management, risk assessment, quality assurance, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders, establishing project organization, managing teams, and coordinating with partners and suppliers.
- Supervise all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and mitigating risks effectively.
- Provide regular project updates and detailed reports to customers and senior management.
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract preparation and tender management.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of systems engineering projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex projects in Air Traffic Control, Naval, or Defense (Communication Systems) with a proven track record in turn-key project delivery for Singapore market.
- Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI, or IPMA Level C).
- Extensive expertise in system engineering models, integrating diverse technologies, and managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to bridge technology and business objectives.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working across international teams.
