Key Responsibilities
Site Works and Installation Management
Plan, coordinate, and manage site mobilisation, setup, sequencing, and installation works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, method statements, and manufacturer requirements.
Site Supervision & Manpower Management:
Supervise site workers and subcontractors, including daily task allocation, productivity, workmanship quality, discipline, and compliance with site rules. Conduct daily briefings and toolbox meetings.
Programme, Scheduling & Logistics:
Develop and manage installation schedules aligned with project milestones. Coordinate manpower, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime.
Safety Supervision:
Act as Safety Supervisor (where applicable), ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations, client/main contractor requirements, and company safety standards. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Quality, Cost & Close-Out Management:
Ensure quality workmanship, manage rectification works, support cost control, and oversee proper project close-out including punch lists, as-built documentation, and handover submissions.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
Maintain site documentation such as attendance, daily progress reports, permits, inductions, toolbox records, equipment checklists, and photographic records.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on access, permits, inspections, testing, and handover requirements. Represent the company professionally in site meetings.
Overseas Project Support (When Required):
Support overseas projects with site coordination, installation supervision, safety and quality oversight, and documentation in line with company standards.
