About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organisation within the construction industry specialising in Retail fitting out projects. They operate at scale, offering both stability and opportunities for career growth.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and renovation projects, from tendering and design coordination through to execution and final handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure alignment on design intent, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are consistently met.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management.
- Optimise resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors, to drive efficient project delivery.
- Review project outcomes and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for future projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design/ Construction Management
- A strong background in project management for commercial fitting out projects
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
