Project Manager (Repairs)

Job Description:

1. Monitor Project Progress: Track progress against the schedule to ensure strict adherence to contractual delivery dates.

2. Site Coordination: Direct and coordinate daily on-site operations and logistics.

3. Subcontractor Management: Supervise and manage all subcontractors involved in the project.

4. Client Relations: Serve as the primary focal point and liaison for the customer regarding project status and requirements.

5. Quality and Safety Champion: Lead the project team in identifying and mitigating all quality and safety risk. Spearhead the safety and quality initiative to meet the safety and quality goal.

6. Site Command: Act as the Chief in Command for site operations, serving as the final decision-maker for all onsite activities and personnel.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marine engineering or similar qualification with strong technical background.

2. At least 5 years working experience as ship repair manager

3. Possess knowledge of ship repair

4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferable

5. Required to base in Batam, Indonesia
