Project Manager (Repair and Redecoration, Client side)
Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a driven Project Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. What you will do
- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of upgrading, improvement and maintenance projects within the estates
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility, procurement, execution to project close-out.
- Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Plan and manage cyclical R&R works for common areas including Concrete repairs, Repainting, Waterproofing works, Floor resurfacing and retiling works, Replacement/repair of ceiling boards and facade elements
- Manage defects liability period (DLP) and ensure timely rectification.
- Handle residents feedback relating to ongoing works Stakeholder management
- Monitor contractor and consultants performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
What you will need
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
- Min 5 years of experience in estate management, building maintenance or project management.
- Experience in managing R&R works within residential estates is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of local building regulations and procurement procedures.
