Job Description
. Oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
. Work with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
. Meet clients, agents, and business partners to explore new opportunities.
. Attend site meetings, client briefings, and take site measurements.
. Prepare tender documents and secure necessary permits and licenses.
. Handle all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
. Plan project timelines, objectives, and work methods for smooth execution.
. Track project progress and provide regular updates.
. Find ways to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
. Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
. Coordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
. Ensure all work meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
. Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
