Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and consultants across design, procurement, construction, and handover stages.
- Manage authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations and company processes.
- Drive design development from feasibility through execution, optimizing efficiency and project strategy.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost control.
- Monitor construction progress, financial performance, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in property development, covering design, project management, administration, and site execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project.
