Job Responsibilities:

• Managed project planning, execution, and delivery from start to completion.
• Coordinated with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitored site activities, quality, safety, schedules, and project costs.
• Prepared project reports, documentation, budgets, and approval submissions.
• Managed contracts, payment claims, variation orders, and project risks.
• Conducted site inspections and resolved technical, operational, and construction issues.
• Oversaw project handover, defect rectification, and close-out activities.
• Ensured compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in managing construction projects and site operations from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Revit software for design coordination and project documentation.
• Understanding of project scheduling, site progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Familiar with construction regulations, authority submissions, and compliance requirements.
• Experienced in resolving site issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
• With background in the property developer or real estate development industry.
