A well-established real estate group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the planning and execution of property development and enhancement projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong property development or project management experience who enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and managing projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate property development or building enhancement projects from planning through completion

• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered within schedule and cost targets

• Support procurement activities including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration

• Facilitate project meetings and track progress, issues, and mitigation plans

• Coordinate submissions and approvals with relevant authorities where required

• Ensure projects comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and internal governance standards

• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in property development, construction project management, or real estate project delivery

• Good understanding of property development processes and regulatory requirements in Singapore

• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Familiarity with tender management, procurement, and project budgeting

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be an advantage
