Job Responsibility:
. Overall in charge for overseeing all construction activities, including project management, from planning, design, construction to completion of works
. Lead the project team (Engineers, Supervisors and Safety Coordinators) to execute works according to project timeline and client's expectations while working within budget
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, procurement team and any relevant authorities to ensure the project are executed in a smooth and timely completion of the project
. Ensure project and all site personnel are fully compliant to all workplace safety and health regulations
. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties and conduct regular internal meeting including site safety meeting, project progress meeting etc.
. Update, reporting and summarize project progress in monthly management meeting
. Resolve technical and engineering issues on site
. Review and manage subcontractors/supplier performance
. Prepare project management reports and review project contract documentation & project related payments
. Monitor manpower allocation and equipment usage to ensure efficient use of company resources
. Ensure that machine and equipment are properly utilized and well taken care of by the site team and operators
. Perform any duties as per assigned by Company Management
Job Requirement:
. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board & BCA
. At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position and handling project related to ground works such as Deep Cement Mixing (DCM), Wet Speed Mixing (WSM), etc
. Good team player with strong communication and leadership skills
