About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and ensures project goals are met while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

• Salary Package: Up to $9,500 (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Handle infrastructure projects efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
• Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.
• Ensure that user needs and feedback are incorporated into project deliverables.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive Experiences in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a strong project manager with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver project management artifacts.
