Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing
Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
Able to lead and work closely with the project team
Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution of projects Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
Manage and planning manpower allocation
Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects
Familiarity with PUB & HDB's codes, regulations, and industry standards.
