Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you'll be leading the execution of construction initiatives. This full-time role involves managing the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and execution from start to finish.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Track project milestones and performance, providing consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines and budgets.
- Promote operational efficiency by refining workflows and introducing best practices.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Solid background in managing construction projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management tools and adaptable to evolving project scopes.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communication with regional stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on site demands.
