- Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with at least 10 years of relevant experience
OR - Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Manage all trades on-site (structural, interior fit-out, architectural, M&E).
- Oversee project progress, quality, costing, and client relations to ensure successful completion.
- Review and prepare project correspondence such as progress reports and proposals.
- Monitor contractors performance to meet project goals.
- Manage defect rectification and improvement works after project completion.
- Implement quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
