Project Manager Information Technology
About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead IT projects, including application development, deployment, and support for both on-premise and cloud solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet customer requirements, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects: requirement gathering, design, development, implementation, training, support, and maintenance.
- Translate functional requirements into technical design, scalable coding, and thorough testing.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth project rollouts.
- Ensure development work adheres to company policies, standards, and industry best practices.
- Support other IT-related tasks to enable efficient business operations.
Requirements:
- 58 years of relevant experience, including 23 years in project management.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in ASP.NET with C#, web development (HTML/XML, CSS/XSL), and SQL Server (tables, functions, stored procedures, views, indexes).
- Proficient in Visual Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Apps.
- Project management experience in government or quasi-government projects.
- Microsoft Certified Professional or Agile development experience.
Employment Details:
- Full-time or contract position
- Salary: SGD 4,500 8,000 (based on experience)
