Project Manager (OT Cybersecurity)

Job Description

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the cybersecurity design development and implementation for OT systems in Changi East projects. You will be involved in all project phases from planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning through to handover for operations of OT systems. You will have to work closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet stakeholder requirements and are completed on time, within budget and of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Good degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or relevant specialization of study.

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in developing and delivering OT cybersecurity implementation projects and involvement in the full project delivery lifecycle for OT systems.

• Must have deep working experience in at least 3 of the following: (1) Project delivery and/or maintenance of CII systems (2) Cybersecurity by design (3) Cybersecurity threat risk modeling and risk management (4) Cybersecurity implementation (5) Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, and any other related cybersecurity project activities.

• Have at least one internationally recognized cyber security certification, such as CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443 or equivalent qualification.

• Good knowledge of OT systems, system development, database and information systems, HMI design, computer networking and/or integrating with OT endpoints.

• Experience in systems such as Command-and-Control systems, Internet-of-Things systems, Building Automation Systems, SCADA systems, and other integrated control and monitoring systems will be advantageous.

• Working experience in the construction industry will be preferred.

• Able to communicate ideas, issues and solutions effectively in meetings and presentations.

• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.

• Manage meeting platforms with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and drive discussions to reach common consensus for projects to progress.

• Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects.

• Self-motivated, driven and analytical.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
