Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Manage end-to-end project/program engagement including planning, vendor management, budget, risks, and communications
- Drive stakeholder alignment through governance frameworks and manage expectations effectively
- Deliver executive-level communications and provide clear status reporting on milestones, risks, and dependencies
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple business lines
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
- Develop detailed project plans and manage day-to-day execution, including steering committees
- Monitor and control project outcomes, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Manage interdependencies across technology, operations, and business functions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, with a strong focus on Wealth Management
- Experience with the Wealth investment product process (e.g., Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Insurance)
- Proven experience managing large-scale project budgets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
