Lead EUC workplace services delivery, including standardisation and optimisation initiatives
Manage project deployments, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness activities
Oversee governance documentation and ensure alignment with workplace service standards across WOG and WOG/SSOE environments
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Required Skills
Experience in endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management standardisation, including delivery of standard processes and artefacts for onboarding, offboarding, device swaps, and asset tracking, with evidence of adoption or rollout
Experience in optimising BAU operations for platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zscaler, DNS, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), and Mail Exchange services, including delivery of at least one optimisation initiative with measurable outcomes where possible
Experience in enhancing mobile device management, including delivery of at least one improvement with rollout scale and post-rollout stabilisation outcomes
Experience in implementing print services and SharePoint governance, including delivery of governance or enablement outputs and coordination of implementation with evidence of operational stabilisation
Experience in enabling WOG/SSOE devices for agency-developed applications, including delivery of at least one enablement engagement with outcomes such as successful go-live and reduced access issues
Preferred Skills
Experience in digitalising end-user request workflows using standardised forms and workflows, including delivery of at least one end-to-end workflow
Experience in implementing and optimising RPA or Power Automate workflows, including delivery of at least one automation (new or optimised) with supporting change or release records and measurable reduction in manual steps or errors
Experience in developing and maintaining self-help knowledge bases and user education materials, including tracking quantity produced and effectiveness
Experience in improving centralised account management processes across WOG/SSOE environments
