Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience
At least 5+ years of proven experience as an PM, or similar role within an IT environment.
Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Oracle Opera PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience an advantage).
Experience in Opera system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall),
showcasing adaptability.
Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq
