Job Summary
You will manage project tenders, prepare quotations, and oversee on-site construction activities for 3-5 projects, including reconstruction of landed houses, commercial renovations, and A&A projects. You will independently lead site management to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage project tender processes to secure contracts and align with client requirements
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to support project acquisition
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, safety, and quality standards
- Independently manage construction sites, coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet project timelines
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and contractors
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of on-site construction management experience to independently manage construction sites
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in reconstruction of landed houses, commercial renovation, and A&A projects
Other Information
- Salary range: SGD 5,000 to 10,000
- One month bonus
