About the Role

We are representing an established main contractor specializing in A&A and interior fit-out works for infrastructure projects. The company is involved in upgrading and interior development works across transportation, public infrastructure, and large-scale facilities.

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution, manage site teams, and ensure smooth delivery of A&A and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage A&A and interior fit-out projects from planning through completion.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Supervise site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and progress updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements, and company standards.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims to ensure financial control.

• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in A&A, renovation, or interior fit-out works.
• Experience managing projects in infrastructure, transport, or large public facilities will be advantageous.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, site management, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively.
