Project Manager (Observability & Dynatrace) _Contract

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of observability and monitoring projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive Dynatrace implementation, onboarding, and observability adoption across technology domains.
• Coordinate ServiceNow integrations including ITSM, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Manage vendors, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, operational readiness, and transition-to-operations activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise monitoring, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations projects.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, or enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Incident Management, Event Management, Service Reliability, and Governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
