Job Description and Requirements:
- Oversee project planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and to ensure project goals are aligned.
- Manage project budgets, monitor operational costs, and ensure that financial risks are effectively managed.
- Monitor and control project material delivery in accordance to schedule
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure the project meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and guide the project management and construction teams, as well as subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent spoken and writtent communication skills
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Project Management for residential government and commercial building projects (preferably in Building Facade Work).
- Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma and /or Degree in Civil Engineering and or related field with relevant experience.
