We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to deliver end-to-end initiatives across Equity Derivatives front-to-back operations.
The role does not require hands-on development or technical design, but demands strong understanding of how Equity Derivatives products flow through front, middle, and back-office platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Equity Derivatives initiatives, including studies, planning, execution, and governance
- Drive front-to-back functional analysis across trading, booking, risk, P&L, finance, and regulatory reporting systems
- Translate Equity Derivatives product behaviour (e.g., TRS, structured products) into clear business and functional requirements for technology teams
- Partner closely with IT to support system changes, enhancements, and migrations, ensuring business intent is accurately delivered
- Own migration and testing activities, including SIT/UAT planning, execution coordination, and business sign-off
- Establish and manage project governance, including working groups and Steering Committee forums
- Coordinate approvals and alignment with compliance, legal, risk, and control functions, particularly for entity or market-specific changes
Required Experience & Skills
- 7 Plus years of experience supporting system migrations, platform rollouts, or entity expansions (beyond BAU change) in a similar capacity.
- Exposure to APAC regional programs; experience with Taiwan or North Asia markets is an advantage
- Strong functional expertise in Equity Derivatives, with hands-on exposure to:
- Trade booking and lifecycle management
- Risk, valuation, and P&L flows
- Downstream finance, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change within Capital Markets or CIB environments
- Solid understanding of front-to-back system interactions, dependencies, and data flows
- Prior experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
