Job Description
- Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT or a related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in network implementation and support, preferably with a systems integrator.
- CCNA or equivalent certification (e.g. Aruba ACA, Fortinet NSE 4, Juniper JNCIA).
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, routing protocols, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VPN and firewall policies.
- Experience with enterprise wireless design and site surveys.
- Understanding of structured cabling standards (copper and fibre) and testing.
- Able to read and produce network diagrams in Visio or similar tools.
- Clear written and spoken English for client meetings, reports and tender documents.
