Key Responsibilities

Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects in enterprise environments.
Proven experience delivering at least two .NET implementation projects, leading teams across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Solution development and implementation
- Testing, security scanning, and performance testing
- Deployment, rollout, and post-go-live support
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and objectives are met.
Engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive project deliverables to completion.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
Coordinate project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to ensure efficient delivery.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, technical requirements, and organizational expectations.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, progress updates, risks, and key insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience delivering technology projects in regulated industries, preferably in financial services or government environments.
