. Oversee contract negotiations for agreements
. Resolve complex client issues and ensure serviceexcellence
. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for key accounts
6. Strategic Planning & Reporting
. Contribute to the company's strategic planning process
. Provide regular reports to senior management on salesperformance
. Analyse competitive landscape and provide strategicinsights
. Represent the company at industry events and networkingforums
