Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer to combine technical consulting and business development. Collaborate with semiconductor clients to deliver high-precision equipment solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and marketing activities including preparing quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to support business growth
- Analyze market trends and prepare regular sales and market analysis reports for management decision-making
- Secure customer orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery of products
- Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Collaborate with customers to customize products aligning with their specific project objectives
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Work closely with customers and engineering teams to ensure equipment meets technical requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel overseas for customer site visits
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred (not mandatory but advantageous)
