We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives within our Mobility Rail portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of rail transportation projects that enhance system performance, reliability, and passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for mobility rail projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, providing clear and transparent updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage clients, partners, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and build strong long-term working relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the rail, transportation, or infrastructure sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the flexibility to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, balanced with strategic thinking.
