PROJECT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities :

. Collaborate with engineers, architects and the with the team to determine the specifications of the project.

. Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and resources.

. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

. Lead a team of technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations to achieve all key project targets.

. Liaise with and manage Subcontractors to deliver their respective performance targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety.

. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.

. Supervise the work of laborers, and give them guidance when needed on Project base.

. Assist the Project Director in tendering proposals to secure new projects.

. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Requirements and skills:-

• Degree in Building/ Civil or Electrical Engineering/ Construction Management or related.
• Proven experience as construction project manager.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities.
