Project Manager (MEP)

Our client is a well established SME in the construction industry for over 20 years. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Manager (MEP) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. The candidate may be required to take on projects that are located island wide.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee electrical project execution to ensure timely completion in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project scope, variations, and progress closely while coordinating with QS on omissions and additional works.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, material procurement, cost control, and budget management.
• Provide technical support and coordinate site activities, engineering documentation, drawings, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Supervise site operations, installation works, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure successful project completion and handover.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of prior experience in the construction industry
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and regulations
