Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and manage electrical and ELV construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end electrical construction projects (commercial, industrial, residential developments)

. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion

. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams

. Oversee site activities, manpower planning, and subcontractors

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

. Review drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues

. Monitor project costs, budget control, and variation works

. Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings

. Ensure quality control and proper documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirement

. Local Singaporean or PR only

. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in electrical construction

. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ELV, and installation practices

. Experience in managing projects for condos, factories, or A&A works preferred

. Good understanding of local authority regulations and safety standards

. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills

. Experience in handling large-scale projects (e.g. 200+ units or industrial projects)

. Familiar with project costing and contract administration

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools
