Company Description
The Company serves as the managing agent for an MCST development, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and building services to ensure smooth facility management and regulatory compliance. It manages security, housekeeping, tenant coordination, and the overall upkeep of the property, supporting the council in maintaining a well-run and high-quality environment for all occupants.
Role Description
- This is a full-time, contract-based role for a Project Manager (MCST Projects), located on-site in Singapore. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) projects, including planning, coordination, and timely delivery within budget. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, managing schedules, expediting processes, overseeing inspections, and resolving logistical challenges. The individual will ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee all aspects of the project's lifecycle from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute MCST projects from conception to delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives and timelines.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as necessary
- Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are tracked
- Communicate with stakeholders, including MCST committee and team members
- Ensure projects meet the required quality standards, implementing quality control processes as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience in managing complex projects to successful completion
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project milestones
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes to ensure high quality and compliance with standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management and the coordination of resources to maintain smooth project operations
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in handling MCST projects in Singapore is advantageous
- Relevant professional certifications or a bachelor's degree in project management, logistics, engineering, or a related field preferred
Remuneration
S$8,000 - S$10,000 per month
